Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ banana, chopped
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
