Classic Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl whisk together all the ingredients until evenly combined and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Soft Ice Cream Mode and choose level 4. Churn until the Frost switches to “Cool” and beeps, or until your preferred texture is reached.
- Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container and place in the freezer to store.
