Preparation Instructions

  1. Stir together orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, coconut water, simple syrup, and grenadine until evenly combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl through the easy fill top and close the lid.
  3. Select the Slushie Mode, L4, and churn until the Frost switches to Cool and beeps (or texture is to your liking).
  4. Extrude into chilled glasses.
  5. Add 12 pumps of Cymbiotika D3 + K2 + CoQ10 and 1 packet of Cymbiotika Glutathione into each glass, then gently stir.
  6. Garnish with orange slices, mint, cherries, or lime wheels and serve immediately.

Tips

  • For a more traditional “layered” mai tai look, add a small amount of grenadine to the bottom of each glass before adding the frozen mocktail. Add the Cymbiotika dietary supplements on top and serve with a straw, allowing your guests to swirl and mix the mocktail as they drink!
  • While store-bought simple syrups can make things easy, we love making our own simple syrup at home using raw or turbinado sugars for deeper flavor in the mocktail. Make as much as you want by melting equal parts sugar and water together in a saucepan and allowing it to cool.
  • Depending on the juices you buy, the sugar percentage can change in the mocktail base, affecting the final texture when frozen. If your mocktail is too thin, add a bit of water and allow it to keep churning. If it’s too thick, increase the sugar by adding more juice or simple syrup until you get the perfect texture.
