Frozen Mulled Wine
Mulled wine is a winter favorite, but not everyone needs or wants a hot cup of spiced wine, no matter what time of the year it is. This frozen version has all the delicious warmth from the spices but in a pleasantly frozen twist.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle dry red wine
- 1/2 cup apple cider or juice
- 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, more to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl until combined. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Pour into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Spiked Slushie mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with appropriate fruit or citrus wheels.
Tips
- You can replace the honey with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, if desired.
- You can use a sweeter red wine if you like, just start with half the amount of honey and add more as needed.
