Frozen Peach Bellini
Change up this classic brunch cocktail by enjoying this frozen version, which also happens to be perfect for a crowd!

Ingredients
- 3 cups peach slices (if using frozen peaches, thaw first)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon honey or agave
- 1 bottle prosecco

Preparation Instructions
- Place the peach slices and water in the carafe of a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Whisk in the schnapps, honey, and prosecco. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Pour into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Spiked Slushie mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
Tips
- You can replace the honey with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, if desired.
- Make sure to taste and adjust the sweetness as needed since the sweetness of peaches varies.
