Frozen Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini
Let’s give the espresso martini a holiday twist by pairing it with the coolness of peppermint and richness of chocolate. This is basically an adult version of a peppermint milkshake with a kick.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vodka
- 3/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 3/4 cup crème de menthe
- 1 1/2 cups strong coffee or espresso, cold
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- chocolate syrup, for garnish (optional)
- mini candy canes, for garnish (optional)

Preparation Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Spiked Slushie mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into chilled glasses.
- Extrude into glasses and top with more chocolate syrup and a mini candy cane, if using.
Tips
If you happen to love peppermint, you can add up to 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
