- 30mL Lyre's Vermouth Alternative
- 100mL premium bottled tonic water

Method
- Use GreenPan Vanilla Soft Serve Recipe. Add GreenPan Vanilla recipe to Frost L4
- Build all above in highball glass and add ice. Top glass with generous amount of vanilla soft serve, garnish with grated orange zest
