Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake

This classic flavor combination is good in any version but is exceptional as a milkshake. Grab your favorite jelly or jam (seedless, of course) and some creamy peanut butter and get ready for frozen, creamy happiness in a glass.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅔ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon seedless jelly or jam (plus more for garnish)

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
  3. Select the Milkshake mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
  4. To serve: use a butter knife or offset spatula to smear jelly on the inside of the glasses. Extrude into prepared glasses and serve immediately.

Tips

  • You can swap the peanut butter for any other nut or seed butter, but you may need to adjust the sweetness with more jam or a teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener.
  • If you’re using natural peanut butter (or other nut butter), it’s best to use a blender to mix everything easily.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
