Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract, more to taste

Preparation Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until evenly combined and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Soft Ice Cream Mode and choose level 4. Churn until the Frost switches to Cool and beeps, or until your preferred texture is reached.
- Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container and place in the freezer to store.
Tips
Try lemon, orange, or almond extract instead of peppermint to create your own flavors.
