Quick Sautéed Spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 bag spinach (8 to 10 oz.)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Prep the pan—Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the spinach—Add garlic to skillet and sauté for about a minute. Add spinach and cover for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
