Spaghetti & Meatballs
Enjoy a comforting bowl of spaghetti and meatballs in less time than it takes to order delivery. Our one-dish wonder comes together in your electric skillet—no need to boil pasta separately.

Ingredients
- 1 large jar of marinara sauce (24 ounces) or make your own (link to 30-Minute Spaghetti Sauce recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 16 to 20 ounces frozen pre-cooked meatballs
- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles, broken in half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan, for serving

Preparation Instructions
- Preheat electric skillet to 175°C. Add spaghetti sauce and water, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil
- Stir in frozen meatballs and spaghetti, ensuring that they’re completely covered in sauce. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup more water if needed to cover. Bring to a boil again
- Reduce heat to 90°C. Cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and meatballs are heated through, about 25 minutes. If sauce gets too dry, add additional water or tomato sauce as needed. Serve with grated Parmesan for sprinkling
