Steamed Fish
Ingredients
- oil
- 2 onions
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 800 grams of fish fillets (hoki, basa or kingfish)
- ½ cup of white wine
- salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions
- Clean the fish fillets and season them with salt and pepper.
- Peeled the onions and cut them into fine slices. Slice also the tomatoes and set aside.
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil. Fry the onions with the garlic. Add the tomatoes. Season the salt and pepper. Cook for a minute. Pour the wine and place the fish fillets over the veggies. Put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes over low-medium heat.
- Serve the fish with white rice.
