Steamed Fish

Ingredients

  • oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 teaspoon garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 800 grams of fish fillets (hoki, basa or kingfish)
  • ½ cup of white wine
  • salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. Clean the fish fillets and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Peeled the onions and cut them into fine slices. Slice also the tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Preheat the skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil. Fry the onions with the garlic. Add the tomatoes. Season the salt and pepper. Cook for a minute. Pour the wine and place the fish fillets over the veggies. Put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes over low-medium heat.
  4. Serve the fish with white rice.
