Strawberry Milkshake
No need to go anywhere to get the perfect strawberry milkshake- this is the recipe! The sweetness of fresh strawberries paired with the creamy, vanilla base is pure perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 3–4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation Instructions
- Place the strawberries, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and stir to combine. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or up to 1 hour. Transfer to the carafe of a blender and blend on high until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Whisk in the milk and cream. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Milkshake mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Tips
- You can use frozen strawberries here; just make sure they are thawed before macerating in the sugar.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
