Tart Cranberry Sorbet
This bright, tart and refreshing sorbet is just the thing to wrap up a heavy meal or to help cool you down on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 24 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (optional)

Preparation Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the honey, water, and cranberries for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have softened.
- Transfer the cranberries to the carafe of a blender along with the orange and lemon juices, salt, and orange liqueur, if using, and blend on high until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and cool to room temperature.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Sorbet mode, L1. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Serve immediately or extrude into an airtight container and freeze.
Tips
The orange liqueur will give you a slightly smoother consistency.
