Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the "Green Pan week 2025" promotion (“Promotion”) organised by The Cookware Company Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 1163957505, located Level 21, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, ("The Cookware Company").

The Promotion entails that you can test the participating products for 90 days as of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the Product (as defined below), you are entitled to return the Product and receive a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Conditions

The Promotion runs from 6 October 2025 to 12 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”) in the participating Myer stores across Australia, as listed in Annex A.

To be eligible, customers must spend a minimum of AUD $150 on eligible GreenPan products (excluding the Tucci range) (“Products”)  in a single transaction at a participating Myer store during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.

The Promotion is only valid for end consumers residing in Australia and aged 18 years or older during the Promotion Period.

How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

1.    Purchase eligible Products with a minimum spend of AUD $150 in a single transaction at a participating Myer store during the Promotion Period.

2.    Register your entry online by 14 October 20025 via the official GreenPan promotional landing page (https://greenpan.com.au/pages/myer-greenpan-week).

3.    Complete the online entry form, including:

-          Your full contact information (name, email, address, and telephone number);

-          Upload of a valid proof of purchase (showing purchase date, amount, and Product information).

4.    Once your participation is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation via an automated email from no-reply@globosoftware.net.

5.    A maximum of five (5) entries per person will be accepted, each supported by a separate qualifying transaction.

Prize

There are seven (7) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of a Myer Gift Card valued at AUD $600 (the “Prize”). The Prize may be issued as a digital gift card or physical gift card, at the winner’s election. Each participant may only win one (1) Prize.

The Prize does not include any other products or services and is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable, and not replaceable if lost or stolen. The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from the Prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Seven (7) winners will be selected via a computer-generated random draw on 16 October 2025. The winners will be contacted directly by the The Cookware Company via email. If a winner does not claim their Prize within 14 days of notification, despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to contact them, the Promoter will conduct a redraw.

General Information

These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.

In case of technical or logistical problems during the Promotion, The Cookware Company will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible to the best of its ability. The Cookware Company is in no way obligated to extend the duration of the Promotion.

The Cookware Company is not responsible for the availability of the Products at the Retailer. If the Products are not in stock during the period of the Promotion, there is no right to participate in the Promotion after this period.

The Cookware Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without any right to compensation or alternative action, in any form whatsoever.

The Cookware Company cannot be held liable for any incorrect information communicated by the Retailer regarding this Promotion.

The Cookware Company cannot be held liable for any incorrect information and/or data provided by the participant.

The Cookware Company is entitled to investigate the documents submitted by the participant for fraud at any time. In case of strong suspicion of fraud, The Cookware Company may refuse the participant's return.

The personal data provided by the participant, such as name and financial details, will only be used for processing the refund request and in line with our Privacy Policy. This information will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for processing your request and refund.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the remaining provisions. The terms shall be interpreted as if such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) had never been included.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, their subject matter, or formation, shall be governed by the law applying in Victoria. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Victoria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, its subject matter, or formation.
