- Instructions on how to enter the promotion and the offer form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms and
Conditions"). Participation in this GreenPan x Olga’s Fine Food promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Entries must comply
with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
- The promoter is THE COOKWARE COMPANY AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED ABN 11 639 575 054 of Level 21, 55 Collins Street,
Melbourne VIC 3000 ("Promoter" or "GreenPan").
- The Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 2nd July 2024, and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31st July 2024
("Promotional Period"). The Promotional Period may be extended in the sole discretion of the Promoter. Entries
received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
- Participants must purchase a GreenPan Slow Cooker on www.greenpan.com.au to be eligible to enter the promotion.
Every GreenPan Slow Cooker purchased during the promotion period will give participant one (1) right to receive one
(1) prize: Olga’s Fine Food Spice Gift Pack with a total retail value of $45.00. Prize is not redeemable for cash or
transferable.
A maximum of two participations per household can be made during the promotion.
Definitions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. "Participating Product" means a GreenPan Slow Cooker that is being sold on www.greenpan.com.au during the
promotion duration, that is supplied by GreenPan in Australia and sold directly by GreenPan.
For clarity, Participating Product does NOT include any "C grade", "seconds", second-hand, refurbished or
demonstration products which products are not eligible for the Promotion.
b. “Purchase” means making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period. This
does not include laybys unless the final layby payment is made during the Promotional Period. Use of services such
as Afterpay and Zippay transactions do not constitute Purchases unless payment is made in full during the
Promotional Period.
c. “Prize” means a Olga’s Fine Food Spice Gift Pack valued at $45 and including a 3 pack of spice rubs or in the
Promoter’s absolute discretion an alternative spice combination of Olga’s Spice Rub pack product of equivalent
value. The total number of prizes available to win is limited to 55 pieces.
Privacy
- Entries remain the property of the Promoter. GreenPan and its agents collect personal information in order to
conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not
limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Validity of entries is conditional on providing this information. GreenPan and its agents may, for an
indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and
profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning a participant. Participants acknowledge
that the information they provide will be collected by or on behalf of GreenPan and may be disclosed to other group
companies and to third parties that help GreenPan deliver its products and services (including suppliers,
contractors, dealers, agents and business partners) or as required by law. Participants should direct any request to
access, update or correct information to GreenPan’s Privacy Officer at customercare@greenpan.com.au. These Terms and
Conditions are deemed to incorporate GreenPan’s privacy policy and by entering the Promotion, each participant
accepts the terms and conditions of GreenPan’s privacy policy. For further details see

Eligibility and entries
- To be eligible to redeem their prize, each participant must:
a. be an Australian resident currently living in Australia with an Australian residential and postal address;
b. be aged 18 years old or over, or if under the age of 18, have obtained the consent of their parent or legal
guardian to participate in this Promotion;
c. be the Participating Product’s end-user, meaning the participant must Purchase the Participating Product for
their own use and not for commercial purposes, re-sale, resupply, rental, hire purchase or any other indirect use;
d. make a Purchase and retain the original Proof of Purchase in respect of that Purchase
e. be among the first 55 individuals to purchase a GreenPan Slow Cooker within the campaign duration.
f. Provide their consent for the sharing of their personal information with Olga's Fine Food. Once a slow cooker is
purchased on www.greenpan.com.au, customers will receive an email prompting them to grant consent for the disclosure
of their personal information to Olga's Fine Food, ensuring the receipt of their prize. Failing to grant consent
will result in the customer not receiving the gift. This consent should reach GreenPan no later than 11:59 pm (AEST)
on August 4th, 2024; otherwise, the gift will not be received
Prize
- All entrants will receive one (1) Olga’s Fine Food Spice Gift Pack valued at $45 (“Prize”).
- The Prize will be delivered to the winner directly by Olga’s Fine Food, but may be subject to delivery and/or
processing delays.
- The Prize will be received via redemption. Change of delivery address requires 30 calendar days’ notice by
contacting customercare@greenpan.com.au. If a delivery has already been dispatched before any change of delivery
address is notified participant may not receive the delivery and GreenPan and Olga’s Fine Food will not be liable
for the delivery. Participant may not delay any delivery or change any aspect of the delivery including contents of
the Prize pack.
- GreenPan and Olga’s Fine Food are not responsible for delivering Prize to the winner, or any delivery or
processing delays. GreenPan and Olga’s Fine Food will endeavor to arrange the Prize delivery within 28 business days
after the campaign ends.
Invalid entries
- The Promoter will only despatch the Prize to an Australian address. The Promoter will despatch the Prize to the
address in Australia provided by the Participant.
- GreenPan and Olga’s Fine Food have no responsibility if the Participant provides an incorrect address or is not
available to accept the delivery. Risk in the Prize passes to the Participant when GreenPan and Olga’s Fine Food
despatch the Prize via its chosen delivery method.
- The Promoter may, at any time, verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's
identity, age and place of residence, Proof of Purchase and Proof of Participating Product provided as part of an
entry) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will
be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact email address and other details are provided and
any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should a participant fail
to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to those details, or for otherwise providing incorrect
information.
General
- If a Participating Product, details of which are submitted as part of an entry, is returned for a refund or
exchange, that entry is disqualified from the Promotion and the participant is not entitled to receive the prize.
- Any costs associated with this Promotion and entering the draw is each participant’s responsibility. All taxes
(excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize is the sole responsibility of the
winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited insurance, taxes (excluding GST) and any and all other
expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web
services and will not be held responsible for any interruption of service that may interfere with the participant’s
ability to participate in this Promotion.
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss
or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way
out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts or omissions) of the Promoter's employees or agents involved in the
conduct of this Promotion.
c. any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
d. any original Purchase documentation that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
e. any tax or other financial liability incurred by a participant.
- GreenPan is not liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening
circumstances amounting to Force Majeure, being something which is beyond GreenPan’s reasonable control and/or
events which, without the fault of GreenPan, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
- GreenPan reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without incurring any liability.
- GreenPan does not warrant that its website is free from viruses or bugs and is not responsible for any loss of
content or material uploaded or transmitted through its website.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or any other legislation that may not be excluded, restricted or
modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the Terms and
Conditions or provides statutory guarantees in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of goods and
services supplied (if any), the Promoter's liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term or
guarantee is limited to (at the Promoter's election), to the extent it is able to do so:
a. in the case of supply of goods, the Promoter doing any one or more of the following: - replacing the goods or
supplying equivalent goods; - repairing the goods; - paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring
equivalent goods; and/or - paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or
b. in the case of supply of services, the Promoter doing either or both of the following: - supplying the services
again; and/or - paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Participants submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
